Buona Italia 2010

This Ocotober-November the III Annual Festival of Italian Cuisine “Buonа ITALIA 2010” will take place in the best Moscow restaurants.

ALTA ROMA, Espresso Stile Italiano is the Official Coffee of the Festival. 

In each of restaurants-participants it will be possible to taste specially prepared for Festival “Buonа ITALIA - 2010” dishes.

The Reception devoted to opening of Festival, will take place on October, 15th, 2010 in a hall of receptions of Embassy of Italy in Moscow where will take place solemn delivery of vouchers for visiting of restaurants-participants of Festival. This year the glorified Russian sportsmen become guests of honor of opening ceremony: an operating national team on rhythmic gymnastics, a national team on the synchronous swimming, known Russian tennis players. Also among invited - politicians, businessmen, top-managers of the italo-Russian companies, victualers, cinema and platform stars. Specially for visitors of Festival the Publishing House «ITA Kaza Editriche» will prepare gastronomic magazine «Buona ITALIA – Italian cuisine Philosophy» on which pages you will find set of tasty recipes, the guide on the best Italian restaurants, interview to the head cook, participants of Festival, and also the list of restaurants which by all means should be visited.

Within the limits of Festival for the first time in Russia there will pass an exhibition "I colori del gusto" - "the Palette of Tastes" in restaurant "Bellagio" which organizers are directly magazine "Italy. Life as art" and the Italian Institute of Culture in Moscow. Exhibition opening is planned for October, 12th (duration of an exhibition - month). The exhibition represents unique meeting of cards, covers, photos, labels, posters, the advertisements telling about stories of the Italian meal from the end of XIX centuries up to now.  

On November, 23rd in Show room of GUM closing of Festival will take place. In the program of evening – tasting of the Italian products, master classes from leaders the head cook of Italy, tasting of author's dishes of restaurants-participants of Festival, Festival summarizing, final definition of the winner among Festival restaurants-participants in a special nomination «the Best snack of festival" BuonaITALIA ", founded by Magazine «ITALIA. Life as art ».

The festival is spent with support of the Ministry of Economics of Italy, Embassy of Italy to Russia, and also Italian Institute of Culture in Moscow.

During theVendExpo for the second time there has passed the unique in Russia Professional contest of the «Best Vending Beverage» (BVB). Popularity of this competition, despite enough severe constraints of participation, has increased in this year. By results of independent organoleptic expertise of members of the Central Branch Tasting Commission of Association "Tea&Coffe" have revealed winners.

In a category «Drinks for business dialogue» the best drink had been recognised Hot chocolate from "ALMAFOOD" company - Cocoa-drink Choco 01 Rich Dark.

2nd Moscow International Coffee Forum - photo-report

On the 8th of February 2010 2nd International Moscow Coffee Forum has taken place. Action has collected participants of coffee business from Russia, CIS countries and the far abroad.

The forum was visited by representatives of all segments of the coffee market: manufacturers and traders of green coffee, roasters, instant coffee manufacturers, distributors, representatives of special traders, coffee shops, suppliers of all kinds of the coffee equipment, packing, various components, workers of trade enterprises, employees of the profile ministries and departments, commercial attaches of Embassies - the countries of manufacturers and suppliers of coffee, journalists of business mass-media.

ALMAFOOD company was the participant of the Forum. Aroma of fresh coffee ALTA ROMA, Espresso Stile Italiano from the stand of the company drew attention of all visitors of action.
